Acted for the TCDSB and the successful candidate in an October 2022 Toronto school board trustee election in responding to a recount application under the Ontario Municipal Elections Act.

Successfully represented a global manufacturer in an international dispute against over twenty insurers for losses arising from a failed compressor.
