Sonia is a dedicated advocate with a passion for corporate law and a strong commitment to client-focused solutions. She approaches legal challenges with a strategic mindset, combining diligence, adaptability, and a results-driven approach.
Sonia is a Juris Doctor candidate at Osgoode Hall Law School with a passion for corporate law and advocacy. She served as the vice president of the Osgoode Women’s Network, where she worked to advance and connect women law students and lawyers, fostering an inclusive and supportive legal community.
At the Barbra Schlifer Commemorative Clinic, she provided legal support to survivors of gender-based violence. She also competed in the Adam Fanaki Competition Law Moot. Sonia has an Honours Bachelor of Arts in Human Geography and Criminology & Socio-Legal Studies from the University of Toronto.
Next year, Sonia will expand her expertise in corporate law by participating in Osgoode’s Advanced Business Law Workshops in Corporate Finance and Mergers & Acquisitions, where she aims to develop a deeper practical understanding of business transactions and structures.
Sonia is driven by a keen interest in the intersection of business and law and looks forward to building a career focused on advocacy by providing clients with strategic and business-focused legal solutions.
