Rebecca Waxman

Bio

Rebecca is developing a broad litigation practice. Before joining the firm, she was a Law Clerk to Justice Andrew D. Little of the Federal Court, where she assisted primarily on administrative, immigration, and competition law matters. She completed a placement as a Student Law Clerk at the Nova Scotia Court of Appeal, and summered at the Ontario Ministry of the Attorney General in its civil litigation office.

Rebecca graduated from the Schulich School of Law at Dalhousie University in 2024 on the Dean’s list. She received many awards and course prizes, including the W.D. Goodfellow Prize for attaining the highest average in the first-year law class. Upon graduation, Rebecca was awarded the Judge Fran Potts Award in Law for academic excellence and a commitment to the spirit of Dalhousie, and the Horace E. Read Award for the greatest overall contribution to scholarship and student life. 

Rebecca completed her undergraduate studies in music at Western University, and obtained a Master’s in music from the University of Edinburgh.
