Nicholas Magee

Bio

Nicholas is developing a broad litigation practice. Across his articling and summer term with Lax O’Sullivan Lisus Gottlieb, he gained experience in a variety of matters and subject areas including: commercial litigation and arbitration, private dispute resolution, and insurance litigation.

Nicholas earned his J.D. from Osgoode Hall Law School, where he explored both trial and appellate advocacy. He competed in the 2024 Ontario Trial Lawyers Association Cup and won awards for the best opening statement and best team. Nicholas also worked with the Osgoode Hall Athletics Association as VP of Finance, involving more students in healthy, active lifestyles by reducing economic barriers to sports.

Nicholas completed his Bachelor of Arts in Criminology and Justice at the University of Ontario Institute of Technology. He was a varsity athlete, an OUA all academic recipient, and was recognized for his leadership role on the team.
