Max is an articling student at Lax O’Sullivan Lisus Gottlieb. He recently completed his Juris Doctor at Queen’s University Faculty of Law. While at Queens Law, Max competed in the Adam F. Fanaki Competition Law Moot. He also competed in the Davies Corporate and Securities Law Moot, where he placed in the top five teams for written and oral advocacy. He also participated in a mock trial, representing a plaintiff on a series of complex legal issues. Further, Max completed his Bachelor of Arts with distinction at Toronto Metropolitan University, specializing in Politics and Governance.
During Max’s 2L summer experience at LOLG, he worked on complex files, including a defamation case where his work product was endorsed by a judge and allowed as evidence for the Motion. He also created and signed an affidavit as a witness that was used during a cross-examination of an expert witness.
