Jessica is responsible for managing firm operations, including recruitment, business development and marketing, as well as training and support for all our professional and administrative staff. Jessica is a member of the Student Committee, coordinating the firm’s summer and articling student programs. Working with partners, Jessica plays a major role in student and associate professional development, mentorship, on-boarding and orientation. Jessica is passionate to help others achieve their goals and to succeed.

Prior to taking on her current role, Jessica was a senior litigation law clerk at the firm. She joined Lax O’Sullivan Lisus Gottlieb in 2012 after more than a decade as a law clerk in the Toronto litigation department of a leading national firm.
Acted as lead litigation counsel for the UK Administrator on behalf of Nortel companies from EMEA debtors with respect to the cross-border litigation concerning the division of $7.2 Billion.
Appointed to investigate potential claims on behalf of Sears Canada and its creditors to increase assets within the estate and to review payments made to Sears Canada shareholders.
