Successfully represented the claimants in an arbitration seeking improved rates for service.

Acted for the Court appointed mediator in the $32 billion settlement of CCAA proceedings for several tobacco companies.

Successfully obtained a certificate of pending litigation in a case concerning an alleged fraud perpetrated by insolvent companies and their directors against a large group of investors.
