Ryann is highly effective at building strategic cases for her clients.  A skilled advocate, Ryann is assertive in promoting her clients’ causes, and experienced in designing litigation solutions that make sense for their businesses.

Ryann maintains a broad litigation practice with a focus on commercial litigation. Her extensive and varied experience includes the areas of franchise law, commercial contracts, professional negligence, estates, class actions and intellectual property. Ryann has represented clients in both the Ontario and Federal Courts, as well as in private mediations and commercial arbitrations.

Ryann is the co-author of an article on directors’ and officers’ liability published in The Advocates’ Quarterly in 2014 and is a contributing author on a class actions text published in 2015. While at law school, Ryann volunteered in the criminal division of Downtown Legal Services and for Law Help Ontario.
