Niklas has broad experience in a range of complex disputes. His diverse practice gives him the insight and experience to obtain the best results for his clients in the unique circumstances of each case.

Niklas has experience with class proceedings, international commercial arbitration, contract and employment litigation, and defence of professional negligence cases. He has appeared at every level of court in Ontario and in several private arbitrations. Before joining the firm, he practiced with the Toronto office of a large international firm.

Niklas has published articles and given presentations on a range of topics including solicitor-client privilege, international commercial arbitration and competition law. Niklas is active in the community, having served as duty counsel for Pro Bono Ontario, working with the Ontario District Injured Workers Group and coaching the Osgoode Hall Law School Jessup Moot team.
