Larissa (Moscu) Vermeersch’s practice focuses on complex commercial disputes, including infrastructure-related litigation and major contractual disputes. She immerses herself in every aspect of her clients’ businesses and quickly absorbs and masters large, factually intricate cases to advance her clients’ short and long-term business objectives. Having completed a prestigious clerkship at the Supreme Court of Canada, Larissa is at ease in a courtroom and has a stellar track record before all levels of court in Ontario as well as in mediations and in private arbitrations.

Larissa dedicates significant time to the community, including by acting for unrepresented litigants in Superior Court with Pro Bono Ontario and serving as the founding member and past Chair of Heart & Stroke Foundation’s Young Leaders Committee.
