Larissa’s practice focuses on complex commercial disputes, regulatory proceedings, and professional liability matters. She immerses herself in every aspect of her clients’ businesses and quickly absorbs and masters large, factually intricate cases. She then creatively positions the case in the legal landscape to persuasively advance her clients’ short and long-term business objectives. Having completed a prestigious clerkship at the Supreme Court of Canada, where she worked for four judges, Larissa is at ease in a courtroom and equally as skilled in a single or multiparty negotiation. She has a stellar track record before all levels of court in Ontario and at administrative tribunals, mediations and in private arbitrations.
Larissa graduated in the top 2% of her class at Osgoode Hall Law School. Prior to law school, she was the Gold Medalist in Political Science at McGill University. She dedicates significant time to the community, including by acting for unrepresented litigants in Superior Court with Pro Bono Ontario and serving as the Chair of Heart & Stroke Foundation of Canada’s Young Leaders Committee.
