Khrystina maintains a broad litigation practice with a focus on commercial litigation and class actions. Her previous experience at another leading commercial litigation boutique and the litigation department of a leading national firm includes complex corporate commercial disputes, regulatory investigations, insolvency matters, employment matters, professional negligence, class actions and competition litigation. Khrystina has appeared before administrative tribunals, the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, the Ontario Court of Appeal, and the Supreme Court of Canada. She has also represented clients in private mediations and commercial arbitrations.
Khrystina is the co-author of an article on solicitor-client privilege published in the Advocates’ Quarterly in 2015 and has authored numerous online articles on a variety of commercial and securities law topics. While at law school, Khrystina volunteered at a legal aid clinic representing injured workers in human rights and workers’ compensation claims.
