Breanna maintains a broad litigation practice focusing on corporate and commercial litigation, class proceedings and professional liability. Her previous experience in the Toronto litigation department of a leading national firm included acting in a wide variety of matters, such as class actions, complex commercial litigation, product liability claims and professional liability matters, as well as advising on legal obligations in the political sector, including ethical compliance and conflict of interests. Breanna represents clients in various levels of court, as well as in private mediations and commercial arbitrations.
While at law school, Breanna was a volunteer at CLASSIC legal clinic, a member of the school’s Phillip C. Jessup International Law Moot team, an editor for the Saskatchewan Law Review and a member of the Dean’s Forum on Access to Justice.
Prior to attending law school, Breanna worked as an agronomist and territory sales manager in the agricultural chemical industry.
