Nadia Campion has been recognized for the second year in Benchmark Litigation's 40 & Under Hot List, which ranks lawyers who have been deemed the most promising rising talent in North America by clients and peers.
Nadia has a broad civil litigation practice that includes complex commercial disputes, shareholder oppression applications, director and officer liability, estates matters, class actions and professional liability. She has extensive trial experience involving a number of industries and subject-matters, including particular expertise in Toronto Commercial List proceedings. Nadia has both a Canadian and U.S. law degree and has been recognized in the Canadian Lexpert® Directory 2019: Litigation - Corporate Commercial and as a Lexpert® Rising Star 2018; as a Best Lawyer in Canada in Securities Litigation from 2015-2019 and in Corporate and Commercial Litigation in 2019; and in 2019 as a Benchmark Litigation Future Star.
