Michael Currie and Fabian Suárez-Amaya write about the Canada Cartage Class Action

On February 14, 2022, the Class Actions Law Section of the Ontario Bar Association published Michael Currie’s and Fabian Suárez-Amaya’s article about the Canada Cartage class action and recent amendments to the Class Proceedings Act. In late 2021, LOLG secured a settlement for over 7000 class members who worked for Canada Cartage.
