Successful at the Court of Appeal of Manitoba in overturning a trial judgement awarded against the defendants for $34.5 million in damages.

Successfully represented the Financial Services Regulatory Authority of Ontario against a $50 million tort claim.

Acted as lead litigation counsel for the UK Administrator on behalf of Nortel companies from EMEA debtors with respect to the cross-border litigation concerning the division of $7.2 Billion.

Acting for a group of companies in a multi-million dollar damages claim against the provincial government for negligence and negligent misrepresentations in the handling of a procurement process.
