Secured a settlement in the action brought by Selena Stronach against Belinda Stronach and other members of the Stronach family over control of and rights to the family wealth.

Counsel to three Schedule 1 banks in a cheque clearing class action in which the plaintiff’s motion for certification was successfully defeated.

Applicability of vicarious liability provisions of Occupational Health and Safety Act to project owners.

Represented the dealership in the first ever decision from the OMVIC Discipline Committee where all charges against the dealership were dismissed and costs were awarded against OMVIC.

Successfully represented physician in Ontario Court of Appeal overturning trial judgment in gentamicin toxicity test case, test for causation in medical negligence.
