A curious aspiring litigator, Mahek seeks new and challenging opportunities. She is a passionate advocate with a strong work ethic and commitment to building relationships.

Mahek is a summer student at Lax O’Sullivan. She recently completed her second year at Osgoode Hall Law School, where she has refined her oral advocacy skills. Through her clinic work at Community and Legal Aid Services Program, Mahek has worked closely with clients, negotiated with opposing counsel, and successfully represented a client at trial in the Ontario Court of Justice. She has excelled in mooting competitions at Osgoode, such as the Lerner’s Moot and Cassels Brock Cup.

Mahek has worked as a student researcher, preparing Charter motions and analyzing criminal law matters such as sentencing submissions. She has been involved with Pro Bono Students Canada and has competed on the Baby Gale mooting team. Mahek completed her Bachelor of Commerce at the University of Alberta with a specialization in Business Economics and Law.
