Passionate about his work and deeply knowledgeable in commercial litigation, Brad delivers strategic and creative legal solutions that are grounded in business realities.

Brad represents clients in a broad range of matters including contractual disputes, class actions, administrative law, regulatory investigations, and appeals.  Brad’s business and financial acumen are assets to clients engaged in commercial disputes.  Coupled with his legal training at the Alberta Court of Appeal, Brad offers clients practical, pragmatic advice at every stage of a complex lawsuit.

Prior to joining Lax O’Sullivan, Brad worked at the Calgary office of a leading national firm for two years, where he gained experience in the courts of Alberta, British Columbia, Newfoundland and Labrador, the Federal Court, and in commercial arbitration. Brad volunteers with the Law Practice Program and has been a volunteer with the Dare to Dream Program of the Siksika First Nation.
