Ashley has a comprehensive understanding of litigation procedures, including Small Claims Court, Superior Court of Justice and Court of Appeal for Ontario matters. Ashley supports lawyers in the conduct and resolution of matters both in and out of court, including private arbitrations. With her knowledge and experience, Ashley is involved in all aspects of the litigation process, from document collection and production to preparing matters for hearings and trials.
Prior to joining Lax O’Sullivan in 2016, Ashley worked as a law clerk at a family law firm.
