Injunction Granted To Enforce Non-Competition Covenant
Overview
On November 10, 2014, Rocco DiPucchio and Andrew Winton succeeded in obtaining an interlocutory injunction for The Catalyst Capital Group Inc. against West Face Capital Inc. and Brandon Moyse, a former CCGI employee. The injunction restrains Mr. Moyse from working at West Face Capital for the remainder of a six-month non-competition covenant and authorizes an independent supervising solicitor to examine forensic images of Mr. Moyse’s personal electronic devices as part of an ongoing dispute.
