Court Grants Freezing Order, Finds Defendant in Contempt Following Discovery of Forged Documents and False Testimony
Overview
In a recent decision, Jonathan Lisus, Andrew Winton and John Carlo Mastrangelo successfully obtained a Mareva injunction freezing the assets and funds of two Defendants who were caught repeatedly delivering forged documents and giving false testimony in response to Court Orders.
