Jordan Conway

Bio

Jordan is developing a practice in insurance disputes. Prior to joining Lax O’Sullivan Lisus Gottlieb, Jordan worked for one of Canada’s largest insurers. Jordan has appeared before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice and the Court of Appeal for Ontario and has experience conducting both jury and judge-alone trials. Jordan has also argued a range of interlocutory motions, including motions for security for costs and undertakings motions.

Jordan earned his J.D. from Osgoode Hall Law School, where he served as Co-Chair of the Osgoode Constitutional Law Society, and where he demonstrated academic excellence in the study of human rights, civil liberties and the rule of law.

Jordan studied history and political science at the University of Guelph, where he was recognized for his academic achievements.
