Vivien Milat

Vivien brings extensive expertise in managing complex discovery projects and utilizing technology to advancing clients’ cases in a strategic and efficient way.

Vivien’s primary focus is on complex litigation involving large sets of documents and e-discovery, drawing on his experience managing teams of document reviewers. Vivien has also acted as an independent lawyer conducting privilege reviews. Prior to joining the firm, Vivien worked in the legal publishing industry and with a leading outsourced document review provider. Vivien completed clerkships at the Superior Court of Justice and the Federal Court.

During law school, Vivien was a senior editor and the information technology manager of the University of Toronto Faculty of Law Review, and a volunteer case worker at Downtown Legal Services.
