First, he assists his clients with complying with their document production obligations, including selecting the most appropriate and cost-effective tools, negotiating discovery plans, overseeing document collection, devising efficient review strategies and managing teams of document reviewers as necessary. Second, he is heavily involved with the review of other parties’ productions to ensure all required materials have been disclosed and are effectively integrated into the case. Vivien has also acted as an independent lawyer conducting privilege reviews.
