Andrew Winton Participates In Panel Discussion At The Law Society

On February 28, 2017, Andrew Winton participated in a panel discussion at a Law Society of Upper Canada’s CPD programme entitled “Getting the Most of the Rules of Civil Procedure”. The panel’s topic was “In the Beginning”, and the discussion consisted of a review of a top ten list of tips for litigators at the initial phase of a proceeding.
