LOLG acted as Amicus Curiae in AG (Ontario) v. Persons Unknown

Lax O'Sullivan Lisus Gottlieb has been appointed by the Superior Court of Justice as amicus curiae to address whether an application commenced by the Attorney General of Ontario to interpret legislation was procedurally proper. The Attorney General sought declaratory relief concerning the effect of regulations passed by the Province concerning the operation limitation periods during the COVID-19 pandemic.
