Success On Disqualification Motion

Jonathan Lisus and Paul Michell were successful in having a motion by Eleanor McCain seeking to disqualify prominent family lawyer, Harold Niman, and his firm, Niman Gelgoot & Associates, from acting for her former husband, Jeff Melanson, dismissed.
