Jonathan Lisus And Paul Michell Act On Disqualification Motion

Jonathan Lisus and Paul Michell represent leading family lawyer, Harold Niman, and Niman Gelgoot & Associates LLP in resisting a motion to disqualify them from acting for Jeff Melanson in a matrimonial proceeding brought by Eleanor McCain.

The motion was heard by Madam Justice Kiteley on September 28, 2016, and judgment was reserved. The hearing was covered in the National Post.
